I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and a fantastic golf course. My room was comfortable, but there were issues with noise transfer from other rooms, which was quite bothersome at times. Service varied; while some staff were attentive, there were moments of frustration due to understaffing that impacted my stay. The pool area was lovely, but the dining options could be improved with more consistency and variety.

My room was comfortable and well-appointed, but the walls felt thin as I could hear guests in adjoining rooms, which disturbed my sleep a bit.
Service

While some of the staff were friendly and hardworking, the service felt stretched due to a shortage of personnel at times. I had to follow up multiple times for towels and to get my room issues addressed.

The pool area was enjoyable, with both outdoor and heated indoor options. However, the need for better management was evident as cleanliness and availability of towels were lacking.

We decided to escape for a quick family getaway and chose the resort for its beautiful environment and pool area. The stay had its ups and downs, particularly with some understaffing that led to slow service and issues around the pool area management. While our room was nice and comfortable, the lack of proper staffing really took away from the overall experience. Though there were enjoyable moments, I hope they can address the staffing issues for future visits.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the wooded area, perfect for our family. However, I did notice a shortage of electrical plugs, which made it less convenient for us.
Service

While the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional, it was clear they were overwhelmed with the limited staff available. We faced delays and some lapses in service during our stay.

The Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort is a beautiful getaway nestled in rolling hills, providing a pleasant escape from the busyness of everyday life. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, though service was occasionally hindered by limited staffing. The main pool area was a highlight, especially with family-friendly amenities. However, some poolside chaos from a group of rowdy guests and occasional cleanliness issues detracted from the experience. While the value for money is decent, management could improve staffing levels to enhance guest comfort.

The room was nicely appointed and comfortable for our family, but we did hear noise from neighboring guests which was a bit disruptive at times.

The service was pleasant during our stay, but the limited number of staff led to delays, particularly at check-in and in the pool area.

The resort is beautifully situated just outside Birmingham, providing a peaceful atmosphere with scenic views, but I did not get a room overlooking the lively pool as requested.

We enjoyed some meals at the hotel, but found the food options to be limited and one restaurant's service to be lacking.

The pool area was the highlight, featuring a great main pool and a fun slide, but it needed better management to keep things tidy and safe.

My stay was quite a mixed bag. The overall atmosphere of the resort is beautiful, making it a lovely place for a getaway, yet the service left much to be desired. The check-in experience was frustrating, and the event management was particularly disappointing. I was excited about the dining options, but the execution did not live up to expectations. Overall, it’s a picturesque resort, but I would be cautious about hosting events here due to their poor service quality.

I arrived expecting a stunning room, but my room wasn't ready at the scheduled 4 PM check-in time. I ended up in a lower floor room with a partial view, which definitely didn’t match the luxury I was hoping for.
Service

The service, particularly during the wedding events, was lacking. It felt like there was no communication among the staff, which led to numerous delays and a lot of stress.

The resort is beautifully situated, with lovely outdoor scenery and a picturesque ambiance that enhances the experience.
Dining

The dining was hit or miss. While I enjoyed some aspects of the food, the service during meal times was really disorganized, and some dishes arrived cold.
Facilities

The facilities within the resort are well-maintained, offering a lovely setting for relaxation and leisure, but they need to improve on service delivery.

We had a wonderful time at the Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort, nestled in a serene location and surrounded by beautiful hills. The rooms were well-kept and spacious, perfect for our family, and the pool area was a highlight of our stay. However, the service seemed a bit understaffed, especially as the weekend approached, and we encountered some cleanliness issues around the pool area. Overall, it’s a nice getaway, especially if you're looking for some relaxation during these times.
